Genesis Digital Marketing LLC provides professional digital advertising, media buying, consulting, and performance marketing services. Due to the nature of these services—which require time, expertise, strategic planning, and platform execution—all fees are generally non-refundable.
Once work has begun on your advertising accounts, marketing strategy, creative assets, analytics setup, or any related service, no refunds will be issued for:

Monthly retainers for advertising management or consulting are billed in advance. Payments already made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, even if you choose to pause or stop campaigns early.

All paid audits, consultations, strategy sessions, and one-time services are non-refundable. Once the session is booked or delivered, refunds or credits are not available.

Cancellation stops future billing cycles but does not entitle you to refunds for:
